My diet was prescribed to me by a doctor in nutrition sort of like Gillian McKeith, but without the quackery.
My Vita-mix blender rules in the kitchen - lots of veg and fruit juices, even kneads dough for homemade bread - great for the old RA hands

Hi well i have a juiceer its gone into the utity room its not a posh one .My hubby complains it takes up room
i belive in good food but not diet as such .As you can get enjey from good food plus bowel and tummy health .My home made live yoghurt which people say yuk too tastes nice and nice in cerael with a bit of fruit .And good for you .Diet like my Mother and Farther have includes sugar in drinks and always a bread and butter tea with cakes dinner with a pudding i think i would be very sluggage eating like that .
Eating for enjey i say .With Slceroderma i think i should eat for tummy and bowel health i do for breackfast
and some drinks herbal .Other wise i don,t Summer i might have stuff in garden might encorage my hubby to eat better .A good diet helps colserol waight skin but won,t cure RA .I guess it would help me a lot as i have other stuff going on so packing my self full of rubbish won,t help .This week i would say with xmas food i have had a bit of promlem .with it .So yes belive in good food not diet .Its slightley harder when others in house don,t want atttt ( in norfolk ) Had home grown brockaly tonight my hubby ate some then said he may be on the loo all night .Jamie ate some as well but complained ohh Mum do you have too cook that did not clear his plate .
